Where Will You Explore Next?
You’ll feel right at home here if you love to get out there and experience a destination properly.
You enjoy meeting the locals, learning about their culture and trying the food they actually cook and eat.
You’re happy to spend a night in a traditional Japanese inn or in an Indian Rajastani palace.
That’s what Magnificent Explorers is all about. Bringing together adventurous travellers and taking them to the places, people and experiences that don’t always make it into the guidebooks.

Meet our very first Explorer of the Month! 💙
If you've travelled with Kay, you'll already know why we picked her.
If you haven't, now's your chance to get to know her. Head over to our website and read our interview with one of the loveliest people in our Explorer community.
It's full of lovely stories, travel memories and little nuggets of wisdom.
As a little thank you, we've sent Kay a small gift, and every future Explorer of the Month will receive one too. 🎁
P.S. If there's someone in our Explorer community you'd love to nominate for a future Explorer of the Month, tag them in the comments or send us a DM. We'd love to hear about them. 😊

Did you know we have a local office in Central Asia? 😍
We have people on the ground who know the region, build real relationships with local guides and providers, and are always hunting out those little experiences that make a trip extra special.
It also means we can train our guides in person, work directly with local businesses and sort things out much faster if anything comes up while you're travelling.
There's a reason Central Asia is one of our most-loved regions across Leatherback Travel (our parent company), and having our own team there helps us keep making these adventures even better.
Now, we'll let the photos from our April Silk Road adventure do the rest of the talking. 💙
I have to tell you something....
Hey Explorers, Lea here! I'm part of the Explorers team from Croatia, and I had the chance to spend an evening in this amazing little village near Split.
Croatia is a small country, but I never even knew this place existed before I joined the company and learned all about our Balkans trip. Thankfully, our team member Ana did know about this place, so it's been part of the itinerary for quite some time.
Anyway, this video shows just a few snippets, but the full atmosphere can only be experienced in person. The peacefulness, the smell of the local herbs, and the hosts, who radiate passion and kindness... They are truly in love with their history and local culture. 💙
Sometimes, even something as simple as tasting the real flavour of home-grown watermelon and tomatoes can bring tears to your eyes (yes, it happened... this village does that to people 🥲).
There's just something so special about connecting with the way of life and traditions of our ancestors, who lived in a very different world - slower, calmer and completely in tune with nature.
If you've been on our Balkans trip already, you probably know exactly what I'm talking about.
Oh, and needless to say... the taste and the crunch of soparnik are hard to beat.
It was practically impossible to pick just a handful of photos from this trip... there were just too many good ones! 🤩
And it happens every single time with this adventure.
Travelling from Budapest to Istanbul through Romania and Bulgaria, over 22 days, especially at this time of year, is just so beautiful.
You end up wanting to take a photo of everything!
Our Explorers had an amazing time with their guide, and we can't wait to hear all about their adventure once they're back home.
For now, we'll just leave you to enjoy these amazing shots. 🩵
They got to see a lot of Greece that they would never see on their own (their words, not ours!) 😍
This lovely group said they loved their guides, the food, walking through small villages, tasting the Blood of Hercules…
It was a bit of a different Greece experience, just the way we (and our Explorers) like it!
